Ron serves as the Senior Pastor, leading with vision, authenticity, and a passion for seeing people grow deeper in their relationship with Christ. A graduate of Ozark Christian College, Ron brings years of ministry experience and a deep love for teaching God’s Word in a way that connects with everyday life. His leadership is marked by a shepherd’s heart, a steady faith, and a sense of humor that keeps everyone smiling. When he’s not preparing sermons or meeting with people, you can find him and his wife Shirley golfing, fishing, or cranking up some classic 80’s rock music—because every pastor needs a good soundtrack.

DeJay serves as the Youth Pastor with a heart for helping students grow in their faith and live boldly for Christ. DeJay attended Manhattan Christian College, he’s passionate about helping the next generation build a strong foundation in the Word and a real relationship with Jesus. Known for his high energy, creative teaching style, and love of the outdoors, DeJay connects biblical truth to real-life situations that young people face every day. Whether he’s leading a youth retreat, designing a crazy game night, or opening Scripture on a Wednesday evening, his passion is to see students encounter Jesus personally. When he’s not at the church, you’ll probably find him cheering for the Packers, out on the golf course, or spending time with his wife and kids—his favorite team of all.

Andi, also known as the Chaos Coordinator, joined the staff in 2021. She handles communication, organization, and about a thousand other behind-the-scenes details. She and her husband Tracey have 6 grown children (5 boys, 1 girl) and when it comes to her 7 grandkids it the complete opposite (6 girls, 1 boy).  With a deep love for worship and hospitality, Andi makes everyone feel like family. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Miss Shelly has been teaching for 36 years and feels blessed to spend the past 11 years in preschool education. She loves sharing God’s love with children and helping them grow in confidence, kindness, and curiosity. Miss Shelly holds an Early Elementary Teaching Certificate from Northwestern Oklahoma State University and treasures the partnerships she builds with families at Blessed Beginnings.
